For the 2022 Big Ideas in Art & Culture lecture, artist Alex Pentek will present a talk titled “Challenging Collective Remembrance,” which addresses different approaches and challenges to sculptural memorialization while weaving in his own experiences working within heavily politicized contexts in Northern Ireland and other international sites.
