Image of an artwork made of steel beams and muslin shaped like wood planks, arranged in the shape of a house and suspended from the ceiling. Underneath this image is a blurry image of daisies. The title above the image reads Housing Circle // Wednesdays in July.

Join us on three Wednesdays in July for a circle on the housing crisis facilitated by local artists, activists, and community leaders.

This circle will gather on July 9, 16, and 23 at the Social Development Centre (23 Water St N, Kitchener, ON N2H 5A4).

This program is a part of our ongoing biennial CAFKA.25: Field Guide to the Understory which explores themes including shelter, belonging, and flourishing. As a group, we will read passages from The Tenant Class by Ricardo Tranjan and visit CAFKA.25 artwork, Aloft by Jacob Irish. Participants will receive a copy of the book, The Tenant Class.
