Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CAFKA’s board of directors has decided to postpone the annual general meeting, which had been scheduled to be held on Monday March 23, 2020.
We are currently taking advice from governments, regulators, and public health authorities to explore options for holding a virtual or hybrid AGM.
CAFKA will announce the new date for the AGM when we can.

Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on Nov. 30, 2019 will be available at the door or upon request.
Together, we’ll reflect on our accomplishments from the past year, and look ahead to our future. We welcome all members to dig into the work we did in 2019, offer feedback, insight and support. Our members will vote for this year's slate of new directors. A short preview of upcoming projects for the June biennial exhibition will be shown.
CAFKA is a non-profit corporation and registered charity. It is governed by a board of directors who are elected from its membership.
Everyone is welcome, but only members can vote. You are a CAFKA member if you have donated $25 or more to CAFKA in the past year. You also qualify for membership, if you have contributed 25 hours or more of volunteer labour during the past year. Memberships can also be purchased at the door by cash or cheque.
